A few things worth knowing before you book: • Lower Deer Valley is in the middle of the multi-year Snow Park Redevelopment, so there is active construction in the area. The home, the community lake, and the free shuttle all operate normally — but you may see and hear nearby work during the day. We are happy to share current conditions before your stay. • No air conditioning. The home’s stone construction keeps it naturally cool through the summer, and Park City nights are crisp. Fans are available if you want extra airflow. • The home is on three levels with stairs between them. The queen guest bedroom is on the main level if anyone prefers to avoid stairs. • Snow tires or AWD/4WD are smart December through April; mountain storms move fast. • The community lake and beach are shared with the neighborhood. Swim and paddle at your own risk — no lifeguard on duty. • No pets and no smoking anywhere on the property. No parties or events.
